I'm Jaco (ha-co)

A former head of product and consultant, with deep training in mindfulness, nature-based development, and transformational coaching. I'm passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity, build resilience, and move with clarity.

My coaching is informed by years spent navigating the intensity of startup life and the rigorous discipline of deep inner work.

I've built the product team at a venture-backed startup with a successful exit, developed partnerships with major technology companies, and supported founders through the most vulnerable moments.

I’ve also spent years immersed in meditation, nature-based practice, and experiential learning in human development. This blend of real-world leadership experience and contemplative training allows me to support leaders with both deep empathy and effectiveness.

How did I get here?

Two years ago, I left my career as a product leader in search of something I couldn't yet name—a deeper purpose, perhaps. I spent the next year and a half searching... listening... and, if I'm honest, wrestling.

See, I sensed that my deeper purpose was to become some kind of guide—a coach, a facilitator—as well as a musician. But my immigrant, first-generation American, overachieving self was, well, mortified of accepting that. How could I walk away from the success I'd worked so hard to build?

But after much wrestling, I accepted the call. And even when bouts of doubt return, I feel an underlying sense of trust and resonance that I've never felt this deeply or consistently before. Now I'm walking my path—practicing as a coach, guide, and facilitator, as well as reclaiming my deep love for making music.

If you’ve read this far, perhaps some part of my story resonates with yours.

Maybe you, too, are standing at a threshold—ready to lead, live, or create in a new way. Notice what’s calling for your attention. If you’d like a companion in that exploration, I’d be honored to walk beside you.

Prior to coaching...
