What would it be like to show up fully to your life?

Do any of these resonate?

You know what you want, but you feel stuck
-
You want to know what you really want, or your deeper purpose
-
You want to succeed at work without burning out
-
You want to live with more confidence and flow
-
You want your relationships to feel more fulfilling
-
You want to shed ancestral and generational patterns
-
You want to be the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself
Who I Work With
I work primarily with ambitious, outwardly successful individuals—often leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-achievers—who are ready to attune to the deeper parts of themselves: their hearts, their bodies, their shadows and soul gifts, and their connection to the natural world. I help people navigate the territory between who they've been told to be and who they truly are.

My approach
My coaching is rooted in Integral Coaching, an approach based on Ken Wilbur’s Integral Theory that works with your whole self—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—not just your thoughts. This isn't about insights alone; it's about practice and integration. You'll leave our sessions with grounded, embodied ways to show up differently in real life. I draw from multiple modalities including:
-
Internal Family Systems (working with different parts of yourself)
-
Hakomi and somatic awareness (listening to the body's wisdom)
-
Mindfulness and meditation
-
Nature-based parts work and soul work
-
Rites of passage practices

I believe deeply in the power of nature, music, embodiment, and authentic community to catalyze transformation. My conviction is that when ambitious people reconnect to their full humanity—to joy, grief, wildness, and belonging—they become agents of healing for themselves, their communities, and our world.

Working together
I work in 6- or 12-month committed coaching containers. We meet weekly or biweekly via Zoom or phone, depending on what serves you best. Between our regular sessions, we stay connected through messaging for questions, reflections, and support as things arise. The work we do together is both structured and organic—balancing intentional practice with space for what wants to emerge. My aim is to support real, lasting transformation, which requires time for integration and deepening.

Clients are also invited to a biweekly contemplative training space, and to sesaonal nature-based retreats and vision quests.
I work in 6 or 12-month committed containers of support. We meet either weekly or biweekly via Zoom or phone depending on the need. In between regular sessions, we are in touch via a messaging app for emergent conversations and calls. Clients are invited to an open, group biweekly contemplative training space called Enliven Grove. Lastly, clients are invited to attend nature-based retreats through my organization Enliven Academy to deepen the coaching work we do together.
